Staff/Faculty Information
Each year, Texas State University faculty and staff coordinate a wide range of virtual, on-campus, and off-campus programs and camps that involve minors—individuals under the age of 18 who are not enrolled in a Texas State degree program. Many units across the university engage K–12 participants through academic, athletic, and enrichment experiences.
The Minors on Campus Office supports Texas State staff by providing the policies, procedures, training, and resources necessary to ensure all youth programs are safe, compliant, and aligned with university and state requirements, Protection of Minors and Reporting Abuse Policy 01.01.41. This site serves as a centralized resource to help staff plan, manage, and oversee programs involving minors.
