    JOB DUTIES:                     Test the quality of manufactured products by applying engineering standards, such as ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization). Create testing procedures and develop testing devices for products without engineering standards. Evaluate and improve precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment. Conduct statistical analysis to identify quality issues and correlations with other performance metrics. Perform exploratory analysis on exceptions data and apply Pareto principles and formal statistical analysis. Apply DMAIC (Define Measure Analyze Improve Control) methodology to enhance product quality and reliability. Design, execute and analyze experiments (DOE), sampling plans, and testing plans. Perform cutting-edge research. Improve testing methods using lean tools (Kaizen, SS, bottleneck analysis). Recommend process improvements for resource utilization and operational efficiency. Communicate findings through presentations, reports, and publications. Publish and disseminate findings by presenting them at conferences and meetings, writing reports, and advising decision-makers. Collaborate with academic partners for product development and feedback.         

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:   Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or closely 

    related field.
